Talent Acquisition Supervisor

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor supports management in delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for the organization. Working closely with hiring managers, the role ensures a smooth, compliant hiring process while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies.
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Support employer branding initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
• Welcome guests, answer telephone calls professionally, and maintain positive working relationships.
• Enter and retrieve work‑related information using computers or point‑of‑sale systems.
• Perform light physical tasks (lifting ≤10 lb) and other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and communicate clearly.
