Test Lead – MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

About the role

We are looking for a Test Lead to drive quality assurance activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related CRM solutions. The role involves leading testing efforts across functional, regression, integration and data migration scopes while collaborating with Agile teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration and localization testing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Execute API testing using Postman and validate integrations with external systems via REST APIs, with or without middleware.
• Conduct data migration testing using CRM utilities and ensure data integrity.
• Design, create and execute manual test cases covering both positive and negative scenarios.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans aligned with project requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Track, log and manage defects using JIRA, providing detailed reports and dashboards.
• Uphold QA best practices and ensure compliance with process standards.
• Perform database testing and apply data validation techniques.

Required profile

• Proven real‑time testing experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on‑premise) projects.
• Strong understanding of CRM modules such as Sales & Marketing, Customer 360, ClickDimension and Customer Service.
• Experience working in Agile teams and communicating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to design test strategies, manage defects and deliver high‑quality test artefacts.
