Training Executive – Restaurant Operations

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Training Executive to lead the development of our restaurant teams across Oman. In this role you will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that ensure staff provide exceptional guest experiences while upholding operational excellence and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training programs for restaurant managers, shift supervisors, team members and back‑of‑house staff.
• Conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new hires.
• Develop and update training materials, operational manuals, SOPs and learning resources.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety and operational standards.
• Monitor employee performance, identify development needs and provide coaching.
• Support restaurant openings, operational roll‑outs and implementation of new initiatives.
• Conduct training assessments and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR and Restaurant Management to drive employee development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably within restaurants, QSR, hospitality or retail.
• Strong presentation, coaching and facilitation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service and food safety practices.
• Willingness to travel between restaurant locations within Oman.
