Beauty Advisor

About the role

The Beauty Advisor will represent the brand and drive sales within the store by delivering exceptional customer service and a premium retail experience. You will be responsible for product presentation, stock management, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product knowledge of a wide range of cosmetics and accessories.
• Demonstrate make‑up selling techniques and recommend products tailored to customer needs.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, credit cards, vouchers and issue receipts or refunds accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual standards and stock is organized to attract customers.
• Monitor store security, maintain housekeeping standards, and minimize stock loss.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Work flexible hours, including extended periods during sales or festival events.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of retail or customer‑service experience.
• Well‑groomed, presentable and able to maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced store environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS and cash‑handling procedures.
• Knowledge of cosmetics products and make‑up application techniques.
