Manager – Investment Products

About the role

The Investment Products Manager will lead the creation and growth of a portfolio of in‑house and third‑party investment solutions for Wealth Management and Private Banking clients. Acting as a strategic advisor, the role bridges market demand with the bank’s advisory capabilities, ensuring innovative, Shariah‑compliant, high‑performance offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a roadmap for products such as Discretionary Portfolio Management, funds, structured products, model portfolios, execution platforms and alternative investments.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert, training Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors on product technicalities, sales ideas and market updates.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps and growth opportunities.
• Lead the conceptualisation, due‑diligence and launch of new investment solutions in partnership with Shariah, Compliance, Legal, Risk and IT teams.
• Ensure all products comply with internal policies, Shariah principles, regulatory requirements and fair‑dealing guidelines.
• Act as primary point of contact for wealth advisors on investment advisory transactions and support RFP/EOI processes for discretionary mandates.

Required profile

• Significant experience in investment product development, wealth management or private banking.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence senior business units.
• Strategic mindset with a proven track record of driving product growth and AUM expansion.
• Deep understanding of Shariah‑compliant investment principles and regulatory frameworks.
