About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Road & Highway Design Engineer to lead complex road and highway projects in Muscat. The role combines project management and design responsibilities, ensuring high‑quality delivery on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of road and highway infrastructure.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule requirements.
• Oversee design development and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in road and highway design.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Capability to oversee all aspects of a project, from conception to completion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D.
