About the role

A major construction and real estate business is seeking a CFO/Finance Director to lead project finance, cash flow, governance and growth planning across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

Oversee financial strategy, project reporting, controls and forecasting.
Partner with leadership on capital allocation, margin and commercial performance.
Strengthen finance systems, audit readiness and stakeholder reporting.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Required profile

Qualified accountant with strong construction, contracting or property‑finance background.
Experience with project P&L, cash flow and cost control.
Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C‑suite and board stakeholders.
Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
