Senior Tax & Legal Manager – Business Tax (Muscat)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Tax & Legal Manager to lead its Business Tax practice in Muscat. You will head a team delivering comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
• Lead client meetings and discussions to deliver valuable tax insights and strategies.
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.
• Provide expert advice on a broad range of tax issues, including direct and corporate tax matters.
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring high‑quality delivery and professional development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate/direct tax advisory and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams.
• Strong understanding of Omani tax legislation and international tax principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
