Account Manager - Enterprise Accounts (Oman)

About the role

The Account Manager manages Dell product lines, drives sales growth and expands customer relationships in the Oman market. The role covers enterprise accounts, works closely with pre-sales and professional services teams, and aims to meet revenue and margin targets while keeping customers satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Own the sales target for Oman and execute a comprehensive account plan for enterprise accounts in the region.
• Build direct relationships with large accounts and articulate value propositions around enterprise solutions.
• Work with partners to extend brand reach, develop existing channel partners and recruit new ones to improve coverage and overachieve targets.
• Develop and run a sales strategy that takes identified opportunities to closure.
• Work with pre-sales and professional services to ensure solutions are estimated and positioned correctly.
• Partner with stakeholders to grow the portfolio of selling partners and manage relationships with vendors and decision makers.

Required profile

• Only Omani candidates are considered.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Cybersecurity or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in the UAE and/or Gulf countries.
• Experience selling enterprise servers and networking products, channel management and with large enterprise accounts.
• Proven sales track record and ability to manage forecasts and pipelines.

Required skills

• IT certifications, especially in IT security, are a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in deal closing and negotiation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
