Product Specialist - Pet Health (Remote)

About the role

Tribe Wellness is a sales company that helps health and wellness brands turn their customers into loyal supporters. Its Pet Health client sells supplements to pet owners, and the company is looking for a Product Sales Specialist (called a Protocol Review Specialist internally) to sell its products remotely from home. The role is commission-only.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products and services for the pet client, which has over a million happy dogs and is growing.
• Work with a broad range of potential customers and turn prospects into brand loyalists.
• Learn the product and the company's ethos through close work with leadership and training resources.
• Make sales with no cap on commission; each sale is between $250 and $2,500.

Required profile

• Highly driven self-starter motivated by growth and sales results.
• Knowledge, background or passion for health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build genuine connections.
• Able to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment, with a setup that supports frequent phone and video calls.

Required skills

• Fast, reliable laptop or desktop with a working microphone, camera and headset.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality.
• Dedicated internet of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, with low latency, jitter and packet loss.
• Ability to run the call system, Salesforce and Zoom simultaneously.
