Business Development Manager (BDM)

About the role

Prime Hub, Oman's leading marketing and media house specialising in outdoor, digital and experiential advertising, is expanding its team and looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, partnerships and new business opportunities across its media network. The position is based in Muscat.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in traditional and digital advertising
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies and partners
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign planning, execution and performance
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction
• Represent Prime Hub at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in traditional and digital advertising, preferably in the OOH or events industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Required skills

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• IT fluency and ability to adapt to digital tools and CRM systems
