Barista – Full‑time position in Muscat

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our café team in Muscat. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee and beverage drinks while delivering friendly service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages in line with company standards.
• Maintain consistent product quality, presentation and portion control.
• Take customer orders, handle payments and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized and compliant with hygiene regulations.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups and other ingredients and report replenishment needs.

Required profile

• Indonesian citizenship is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Barista.
• Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
