BIM Modeling Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeling Engineer to lead the integration and coordination of BIM models across all disciplines for large‑scale infrastructure and port projects. The role involves ensuring model compliance, resolving interdisciplinary clashes, and supporting construction planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and integrate BIM models from all contractors into a federated BIM model covering civil, structural, marine, mechanical, electrical, and material‑handling systems.
• Verify that BIM models meet client requirements, design criteria, project standards, and contract specifications.
• Review contractor BIM submissions for completeness, accuracy, metadata, and adherence to the approved BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Lead BIM‑based clash detection, resolve conflicts across disciplines, and ensure contractors close out clashes through structured workflows.
• Conduct constructability and sequencing reviews to support safe and efficient construction planning.
• Monitor monthly BIM progress updates, consolidate reports for the client, and incorporate validated redline drawings and site records into the model.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, structural engineering, mechanical/electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of BIM modeling experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience on at least two port projects of similar scale.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
