About the role
Enterslice Oman is looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and acquire B2B clients. The role will act as the growth engine, targeting foreign investors, multinational corporations and local enterprises seeking to establish or restructure operations in Oman.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and hunt B2B leads, pitching and securing new business opportunities with international investors and local enterprises.
- Build and nurture long‑term referral partnerships with foreign embassies, chambers of commerce, international trade councils and investment promotion agencies.
- Collaborate with partner law firms as the commercial lead to co‑pitch comprehensive legal, corporate structuring and business setup packages.
- Consultatively sell Enterslice’s ecosystem of mainland and free‑zone company registration, positioning it as the optimal gateway for foreign direct investment.
- Lead negotiations, structure service proposals, issue SLAs and close high‑ticket B2B contracts.
- Work with the delivery team to up‑sell post‑incorporation services such as corporate tax advisory, VAT, bookkeeping and PRO retainers.
- Monitor changes in Oman's foreign investment law, tax landscape and competitor activity to adapt outbound campaigns.
Required profile
- 4–7 years of proven success in business development, corporate sales or partnership management within corporate services, business setup or management consulting in Oman or the GCC.
- Established professional network within Omani business ecosystems, corporate circles or international business councils.
- Strong understanding of commercial incentives of Omani free zones, MOCIIP regulations and the legal framework for foreign companies.
Required skills
- Domain knowledge of Omani free zones and foreign investment regulations.
