Business Development Manager

About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of our general insurance portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets across the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers for general insurance products.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through new business acquisition.
- Upsell and cross‑sell additional insurance solutions to existing clients.
- Maintain customer relationships to improve persistency and retention.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in general insurance sales with an existing client portfolio.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
