About the role
We are looking for a highly ambitious and results‑driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth and expand market presence. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting our vision of becoming a leading organization in the industry.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot emerging trends.
- Design and execute business development and market expansion strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market developments and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and industry meetings.
- Report regularly on business development activities, sales pipelines and market opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, marketing or commercial management.
- Proven track record of securing new clients, forming strategic partnerships and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, business planning and commercial strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CRM systems.
