Business Development & Operations Manager – Drone & Energy Solutions

About the role

Marmol Integrated LLC is seeking a Business Development & Operations Manager to drive growth and coordinate projects in topographic surveying, drone inspections, and solar PV inspection services across Oman and the region. The role blends commercial acumen with technical awareness, requiring the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in Oman and regional markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, developers, asset owners, and industrial clients.
• Respond to RFQs, tenders, and client enquiries; prepare introductions, capability statements, pre‑qualification documents, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate project execution from enquiry to completion, managing client communications, site access, approvals, and deliverables.
• Arrange internal resources, field teams, subcontractors, equipment, and logistics.
• Monitor project progress, ensure timely delivery of reports, drawings, survey data, and inspection outputs.
• Support invoicing, payment tracking, and resolution of day‑to‑day operational issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in business development, project coordination, operations, technical sales or engineering services.
• Experience in topographic survey, drone services, solar PV inspection, construction, renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial mindset, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
