Butler Service Desk – Guest Services (Omani Only)

About the role
The Butler Service Desk is the first point of contact for guests calling the resort. You will handle a wide range of guest inquiries, requests and messages, ensuring a seamless and courteous experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer, record, log and process all guest calls, requests, questions and concerns.
- Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake‑up calls, call forwarding, conference calls and TDD relay calls.
- Activate or deactivate guest room message lights and provide internet access instructions.
- Relay messages accurately and keep guests informed of any received communications.
- Coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve guest issues and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
- Dispatch bell or valet staff as required and adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Omani national (Omani only).
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
- Excellent verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette.
- Commitment to confidentiality, uniform standards and guest privacy.
Required skills
- Telephone switchboard operation.
- Basic computer usage for logging and retrieving guest information.
