Chef De Cuisine

About the role

The Chef De Cuisine will lead a kitchen section, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction. This position works closely with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to deliver a cohesive dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in the assigned area.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to align the section’s offerings with the overall menu.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop sous chefs, cooks, and other kitchen personnel.
• Oversee kitchen operations during service to guarantee smooth execution.
• Create and adapt recipes to meet dietary preferences and emerging culinary trends.
• Participate in special culinary events, promotions, and guest interactions.
• Operate in a safe, environmentally friendly manner and follow company EHS policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading kitchen teams and delivering high‑quality dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and environmental health standards.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple culinary departments and adapt to evolving menu concepts.
• Passion for staying updated on culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques.
