Civil Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

AAW Consulting Engineers & Partners is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its team for upcoming roads and infrastructure projects across Oman. The successful candidate will support the planning, design, and execution of civil works, ensuring technical quality and compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of design calculations, drawings, and specifications for road and infrastructure works.
• Coordinate on‑site activities, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and as‑built records.
• Support quality control and safety inspections throughout the construction phase.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience, preferably on road or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to coordinate site activities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to work on projects located in Oman.
