Contract Specialist – Super Port Project (Oman)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Specialist to join the Super Port project in Oman. The role will focus on managing all contractual aspects, ensuring compliance with international standards and supporting the project’s commercial and claims processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of all project contracts throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare and issue contractual letters to contractors in coordination with the Resident Engineer.
• Collaborate closely with the Resident Engineer, Team Leader and client to guarantee work is performed strictly according to the agreed contracts.
• Provide commercial support, monitor claims and ensure alignment with FIDIC frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in project and contract management for large construction projects.
• Proven experience on at least two port construction projects with budgets of USD 400 million or more.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing, managing and overseeing infrastructure contracts.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
