Customer Support Sales Specialist

About the role

Serb, Oman’s national digital infrastructure for low‑altitude airspace, is looking for a Customer Support Sales Specialist to be the primary point of contact for drone pilots and operators using its platform. You will engage with users via phone, WhatsApp, in‑app chat, email and social media, helping them with sign‑up, licensing and subscription matters.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the front‑line voice across multiple channels, providing assistance with onboarding, licensing and subscription queries.
• Manage subscription renewals through a structured outreach cadence, converting warm leads and nurturing long‑term relationships.
• Support community events and university outreach initiatives throughout Oman.
• Collect and surface customer feedback and friction points to inform product improvements on a weekly basis.
• Maintain the CRM as the single source of truth, logging every interaction and documenting deals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, inside sales, retention or a similar front‑line role.
• Proven track record of meeting measurable targets such as call volume, conversion rates, renewals or CSAT.
• Fluent Arabic and professional English.
• Strong CRM discipline with comfort in daily/weekly reporting.
• Confidence on the phone, persistence in follow‑up and genuine care for customers.

Required skills

• CRM software usage (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
