Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all F&B operations at Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high quality standards and profitable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Food & Beverage strategic plan in line with the hotel’s overall objectives.
• Prepare and manage the department budget, monitor costs and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain compliance with Anantara’s Food & Beverage standards and sanitation checklist.
• Oversee all restaurants, culinary outlets and catering services, ensuring smooth and profitable operations.
• Supervise, coach and evaluate F&B staff, fostering high performance and teamwork.
• Design, price and update menus, beverage and wine lists, and coordinate with local suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve the resort’s F&B portfolio.
• Conduct regular maintenance and property inspections to protect hotel assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Food & Beverage operations in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control and revenue optimisation.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and health‑safety regulations.
• Ability to analyse market trends and adapt product offerings.
• Excellent communication and supplier relationship skills.
