General Manager – Furniture & Kitchens

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a well‑established furniture and kitchen business in Muscat. Reporting directly to the Board, you will own the full P&L and be responsible for driving profitable growth across office, home, and kitchen product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall business strategy, setting targets for revenue, margin and profitability.
• Oversee all functional areas including sales, design, finance, procurement, logistics, warehousing, installation and delivery.
• Strengthen relationships with government, corporate and retail customers while expanding the B2B pipeline.
• Use ERP data and commercial analytics to guide decisions and report progress to the Board.
• Build and sustain a high‑performance, multicultural team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in furniture retail, office furniture, kitchens or a closely related sector with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of improving profitability through sales growth, margin management, sourcing and inventory control.
• Experience in both B2B/project sales and consumer retail, including major contract negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of the Oman market or extensive GCC multi‑market experience.
• Fluent English and culturally agile leadership style.
