Graduate Development Program – Advisory, Audit & Tax (Omani Nationals)

About the role

KPMG is launching a Graduate Development Program in Muscat for Omani nationals interested in Advisory, Audit, or Tax. The 12‑month program combines on‑the‑job client work with structured training, mentorship, and exposure to emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support client engagements across Advisory, Audit, and Tax service lines.
• Participate in data analysis, risk assessments, and financial reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with senior professionals to deliver solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Apply emerging technology tools to improve service delivery.
• Contribute to team meetings, presentations, and project documentation.

Required profile

• Omani national with a bachelor’s or master’s degree graduating by September 2026.
• Strong curiosity, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Adaptable, resilient, and eager to receive continuous feedback.
• Interest in digital innovation and emerging technologies.
