About the role
KPMG is launching a Graduate Development Program in Muscat for Omani nationals interested in Advisory, Audit, and Tax. The program offers fresh graduates the chance to start their professional journey with real client projects, structured training, and exposure to emerging technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in client engagements across advisory, audit, and tax service lines.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to solve complex business challenges.
- Attend and contribute to structured training sessions and development workshops.

Required profile
- Omani national graduating by September 2026 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3/4.0 (or equivalent).
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Curious, analytical, and strong problem‑solver.
- Excellent communicator, team player, and adaptable to feedback.
- Digitally savvy with interest in emerging technologies.
