HSE Administrator – Brownfield Expansion Project

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HSE Administrator to support the Health, Safety & Environment team on a brownfield expansion project in Sohar, Oman. The role combines administrative duties, data analysis and reporting to ensure compliance with client standards and Omani regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HSE team in implementing and maintaining the HSE Management System.
• Manage and update online training management systems, uploading all training records.
• Monitor and regularly report contractor KPI performance.
• Perform HSE data analysis and prepare presentations in the client’s format.
• Use the SAP Incident Management system to upload and maintain incident records.
• Generate HSE reports and provide safety performance analysis.
• Prepare presentations for contractor performance reviews, meetings and stakeholder forums.
• Maintain proper documentation, file management and follow‑up.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements, statutory regulations, environmental permits and Omani standards.
• Assist with monitoring and reporting of HSE KPIs and performance indicators.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, HSE or a High School Diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HSE administration, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools.
• Experience in data analysis, KPI tracking and HSE reporting.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong data‑management and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems is a plus.

• Salary range OMR 500‑600 (all‑inclusive) plus overtime.
