About the role

The Kenfix Technician is responsible for a wide range of maintenance activities across the property, ensuring that all facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently for guests. You will work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, delivering high‑quality service and supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections on all systems.
• Identify safety issues throughout the property and take immediate corrective action.
• Carry out touch‑up and routine maintenance work in assigned areas.
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures Manual and departmental standards.
• Provide guests with clear, helpful information about property facilities.

• Relevant diplomas or certifications as required for the role.
