Key Account Manager (Arabic & English)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead and expand strategic enterprise accounts in Oman. The successful candidate will combine strong B2B sales expertise with fluent Arabic and English communication to build lasting partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key enterprise and corporate accounts in Oman.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, understanding their business needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross‑selling and revenue expansion.
• Identify new opportunities within existing customers and create growth strategies.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, address issues proactively and ensure strong client retention.
• Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, presentations and solution discussions.
• Maintain accurate account information, sales activities, opportunities and forecasts in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal delivery, operations, technical and support teams to ensure successful service delivery.
• Manage contract renewals and pursue long‑term engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 1–7 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B sales, enterprise sales or business development.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise or strategic customer accounts and achieving account growth.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining account pipelines.
