MEP Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead the delivery of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing packages for a leading regional contractor in Oman. You will ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for MEP systems.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate MEP works.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning in line with design specifications, codes, and standards.
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety and workmanship standards.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and identify value‑engineering opportunities.
• Approve and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Resolve technical and construction issues to minimise delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, change orders, and as‑built records.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Support HSE initiatives and promote a strong safety culture on site.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years GCC experience in MEP contracting (mandatory).
• Previous experience in Oman is highly preferred.
• Strong background in managing large‑scale MEP construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and delivery timelines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Salary: 1,400 – 1,700 OMR per month
• Company transportation provided
• Performance bonus paid five times per year (approx. 1,250 OMR per bonus)
