National HVAC AMC Sales Engineer / Sales Executive

About the role

Al-Futtaim Retail is hiring a National HVAC AMC Sales Engineer / Sales Executive in Oman. The role centres on ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service experience while keeping operational costs optimal, and covers sales generation, client management, payment collection and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Sales generation: identify new and potential clients needing AMC for residential, commercial and industrial air conditioning units, pursue leads through cold calls, site visits, references and digital inquiries, convert expired or inactive clients back to AMC business, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly AMC sales targets.
• Client management: build strong relationships with key decision-makers and facility managers, explain AMC benefits, terms and scope clearly, handle escalations promptly and work with the service team to ensure SLA compliance.
• Payment collection: own AMC collections from invoicing to closure, follow up overdue payments so nothing ages beyond the credit period, and work with accounts to resolve discrepancies and keep ledgers accurate.
• Daily reporting and CRM: submit daily reports on meetings, calls, leads, quotations, orders and collections, keep records up to date and escalate delays to management.
• Market intelligence: gather and report competitor pricing, service gaps and opportunities, and suggest improvements to AMC offerings.

Required profile

• 8-10 years of experience in sales and client management, preferably in consumer electronics and air conditioning.
• Diploma or graduation in a relevant field.
• Valid Oman driving licence.
• Spoken and written English; knowledge of spoken Arabic is required.
