Acquisition Executive - Merchant Onboarding

About the role

Snoonu, a super app focused on delivery and shopping, is expanding in Oman and is looking for an Acquisition Executive. You will identify, engage and onboard restaurants, cafés, retail stores and other businesses onto the Snoonu platform, working in assigned territories and categories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire new merchants across assigned territories and categories.
• Hold face-to-face meetings, presentations and negotiations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline to meet monthly onboarding targets.
• Collect and verify merchant documentation required for onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams so merchants activate smoothly and launch.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of leads, meetings and progress in CRM systems.
• Represent Snoonu professionally and act as a trusted partner to merchants.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage several priorities in a fast pace.
• Results-driven, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Bonus: previous experience in food delivery, e-commerce, retail, marketplace or technology; GCC/International/Omani driving licence and willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• CRM record keeping.
