Partnerships Manager – Oman

About the role

Unipal is expanding its youth‑discounts platform into Oman and needs a Partnerships Manager to build lasting brand relationships that resonate with students. You will own the market’s partnership strategy, close initial deals, and later grow a team as the market scales.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the Oman partnership plan, including target categories, brands, and monthly/quarterly targets.
• Identify, pitch, negotiate, and sign student‑relevant brands across Muscat and beyond.
• Develop relationships with Omani universities and colleges.
• Ensure each partnership is a long‑term fit, manage contracts, and hand over to Accounts Management.
• Maintain a clean CRM pipeline, report forecasts and results.
• Hire and coach the first team members as the market grows.
• Represent Unipal with senior brand decision‑makers and at local business events.
• Provide market insights to Marketing, Product, and leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or sales in Oman with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Experience owning a territory, key‑account portfolio, or leading a small team.
• Strong network across Oman's F&B, retail and lifestyle brands.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑driven, comfortable building a market with little existing structure.
• Comfortable working with monthly targets, KPIs and a CRM.
