Product Specialist – Health Supplements (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Specialist who will turn health‑supplement purchases into lasting transformations. Working remotely, you will guide customers through our wellness protocols, ensuring they understand how to use the products effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Sell health‑supplement products and related services to new and existing customers.
• Convert one‑time buyers into repeat, brand‑loyal clients.
• Conduct 12‑15 scheduled appointments per day and close sales.
• Maintain strict compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Use the Tribe tool kit (Rippling, Vonage, Salesforce) to manage leads and track performance.
• Collaborate with team leaders to continuously improve sales techniques.

Required profile

• Highly driven self‑starter motivated by growth and sales targets.
• Passion for health, wellness, or supplement industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet connection and equipment for phone and video calls.
