Regional Solar Energy Commercial & Business Development Manager

About the role

Marmol Integrated LLC is seeking a commercially‑driven engineer to lead solar‑energy business development across Oman, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and selected international markets. The role covers the full utility‑scale solar value chain, from site identification and engineering support to construction monitoring, commissioning, O&M and digital‑asset services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional solar business‑development strategy for Oman, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and targeted overseas markets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with solar developers, independent power producers, EPC contractors, O&M providers, investors, utilities and government entities.
• Track projects from early development through construction, commissioning and operation, building relationships with technical, commercial and procurement decision‑makers.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of solar and digital‑energy opportunities and convert meetings into RFQs, proposals, framework agreements and awarded contracts.
• Develop strategic accounts, identify local partners, subcontractors and technology alliances.
• Represent Marmol Integrated at renewable‑energy conferences, exhibitions and client meetings.
• Coordinate delivery of topographic and geospatial studies, drone and satellite data, AI‑supported analytics, digital twins, dashboards and asset‑management services.

Required profile

• Engineering background with solid understanding of commercial, technical and operational requirements of utility‑scale solar projects.
• Proven experience in solar‑energy business development or commercial engineering roles.
• Ability to translate client needs into competitive, profitable and scalable solutions.
• Strong network within the GCC solar market and experience working with international stakeholders.
