Retail & Project Sales Coordinator

About the role

Crystal Flash LLC is seeking a highly organized Retail & Project Sales Coordinator to support an assigned sales team in Muscat. The role focuses on maintaining sales discipline, managing CRM data, and ensuring timely preparation of quotations and tender documents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily check‑in meetings with Sales Counselors and Executives.
• Review sales results, customer visits, daily plans, quotations, follow‑ups and pending actions.
• Keep all opportunities, notes, quotations and next actions up‑to‑date in Odoo CRM.
• Monitor team performance, identify gaps and trigger corrective actions.
• Track quotations and opportunities through to final outcome.
• Coordinate technical and commercial documentation (BOQ, MAS, AutoCAD, DIALux) with remote technical support.
• Submit accurate tender packages on time and respond to project‑related emails within three working hours.
• Liaise with Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, Production and Technical Support to resolve issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales, pipeline and performance reports.
• Identify cross‑selling, upselling and customer re‑activation opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, sales support or tender coordination.
• Proven ability to support multiple salespeople simultaneously.
• Strong follow‑up, prioritisation and deadline‑management skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; engineering background an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM or ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and DIALux for technical documentation.
