About the role

The Sales Associate for Villeroy & Boch works within SARA Group's Retail Department to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining store standards, and supporting the overall profitability of the location.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall store profitability.
• Provide excellent customer service by building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Monitor daily store operations and report updates to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store upkeep in line with brand guidelines.
• Verify accurate product pricing and barcode labeling.
• Support execution of merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience.
• Identify maintenance needs and follow up on corrective actions.
• Investigate lost sales opportunities and customer concerns for continuous improvement.
• Suggest innovative marketing and promotional ideas to drive engagement and sales growth.
• Contribute positively to team efforts and act as a role model for professionalism and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
