Sales Account Manager – Banking Sector

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to lead and expand our portfolio of banking customers. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while positioning TITECH as the preferred technology integration partner.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned key banking accounts, serving as the primary relationship manager.
• Develop and execute account plans, client engagement strategies, and upselling/cross‑selling initiatives.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand the company’s solution footprint.
• Achieve assigned revenue and gross‑margin targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Present technology solutions, respond to client enquiries, and conduct product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with pre‑sales and engineering teams to develop technical proposals, BOMs, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Track, manage, and update all sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on leads, quotations, and proposals to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the company’s technology portfolio, vendor partnerships, and product developments.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve escalations, and coordinate with service delivery teams to meet commitments.
