Sales Business Development – E‑commerce & Digital Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Business Development professional to join The Growth Pillars in Muscat. The role focuses on identifying new e‑commerce and digital marketing opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and driving revenue growth for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach calls, meetings and presentations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform tailored proposals.
• Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized e‑commerce and digital solutions.
• Ensure a high‑quality client experience throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in e‑commerce, digital marketing or technology services.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and support strategic decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Muscat, manage time effectively and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales reporting tools.
• Competence in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
• Ability to create presentations (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools.
