Sales Manager – Industrial Packaging Solutions

About the role

Mondi, a global leader in sustainable packaging and paper, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive commercial performance across its regional market. You will lead revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction while aligning with the group’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute local and export commercial strategies, targeting sales, volume and margin goals.
• Develop and retain existing customers, identify new business opportunities and increase market share.
• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team, set objectives and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Quality and Finance to ensure seamless order fulfilment and resolve customer claims.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and commercial reports using Group ERP and reporting tools.
• Support transport cost optimisation and oversee invoicing, collections and sales forecasting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role within an industrial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing a sales team and strong knowledge of regional markets.
• Excellent negotiation, key‑account management and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.

Required skills

• Solid command of ERP systems.
• Experience with Lighthouse, CPQ and Paper FC Tool.
