Senior Asset Management Operations Specialist – Oracle

About the role

As a Senior Specialist with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end operational lifecycle of assets within the Fixed Asset Management System (Oracle). You will ensure assets are accurately tracked from procurement to disposal, physically verifiable and aligned with financial and supply‑chain policies.

Key responsibilities

• Asset receiving, quality control, verification against purchase orders and tagging with barcode asset tags.
• Issuance of assets to departments, securing signatures and integrating purchase documentation with finance.
• Processing internal asset transfers, updating system records and compiling monthly transfer reports.
• Managing asset disposals and write‑offs, recording approvals and generating compliance reports.
• Conducting physical audits, reconciling counts with the system, and resolving discrepancies across all locations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets.
• Proven track record in end‑to‑end asset lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with SOX/Audit readiness and supply‑chain policy implementation.
• Previous experience in the GCC, preferably based in Oman.
• Availability to join within 30 days.

Required skills

• Oracle E‑Business Suite / Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets.
• Barcode generation, scanning systems and RFID tracking.
• Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Oracle MIS reporting and electronic document management.
• Strong knowledge of asset verification and reconciliation processes.
