Senior Business Manager – Energy Storage

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Manager to lead the growth of our energy storage portfolio across Oman and the wider region. Based remotely in Muscat, you will drive market expansion, build client relationships and achieve sales targets while travelling as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market expansion strategies for energy storage products, including prospecting, negotiations and customer management.
• Identify and nurture new client opportunities, maintain relationships and compile detailed customer files.
• Support distributors and partners in planning market entry and regularly report on market activities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, regulations and policies to provide strategic insights.
• Create and adapt localized marketing and sales materials to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance.
• Deliver strategic recommendations and long‑term plans to sustain market presence and meet sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in science, engineering or related marketing experience.
• Proven experience in the new energy sector, especially photovoltaic or energy storage, with existing customer and project networks.
• Excellent English communication skills and fluency in the local language of the target market.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and maintain career stability.
