Senior Manager – Finance & Accounting Operations (Managed Services)

About the role

KPMG Oman seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead and expand its Finance & Accounting Operations Managed Services practice. The role combines business development, client relationship management, and delivery leadership for finance‑outsourcing engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for managed services in Oman.
• Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, finance directors and senior executives.
• Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations and presentation of service offerings.
• Supervise delivery of accounting, reporting, consolidation, period‑close, FP&A, AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, management reporting and payroll accounting.
• Ensure service delivery meets agreed service levels and quality standards.
• Drive process improvement, standardisation, automation and efficiency across engagements.
• Contribute to practice development, including service design, pricing, delivery structures and quality frameworks.
• Coordinate with internal KPMG teams such as Tax, Audit, Risk, Technology and Advisory.

Required profile

• Qualified accounting professional with significant consulting experience in Oman.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations and outsourcing delivery.
• Proven ability to develop new client relationships and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading delivery teams and ensuring high‑quality execution.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
