Spa Attendant

About the role

The Spa Attendant provides a warm and professional welcome to spa guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and well‑informed throughout their visit. This full‑time, onsite role supports the smooth operation of the spa by handling guest orientation, amenities, and basic housekeeping tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
• Offer amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows.
• Answer guest questions about property information and escort them to treatment rooms.
• Monitor and update the daily schedule on the computer.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas.
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens appropriately.
• Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities.
• Secure supplies and equipment at shift end.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Follow all company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and a courteous, guest‑focused attitude.
