TA Representative

About the role

The TA Representative will support Novartis headquarters by executing field tactics for priority brands within an assigned territory in Oman. The role focuses on high‑quality engagement with healthcare professionals, delivering performance objectives while adhering to Novartis policies, ethical standards and local compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data‑driven field engagement and deliver tailored omnichannel interactions using digital tools.
• Promote products in a compliant, high‑quality manner aligned with brand strategy and therapeutic area priorities.
• Act as a trusted partner to HCPs, communicating clinical evidence, product value and appropriate use.
• Leverage “next best action” insights and digital platforms to maximize engagement impact and execution excellence.
• Capture and share field insights on customer needs, market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategy and territory planning.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally while maintaining full compliance with company policies, ethical standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant education in a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of the Oman market (preferred).
• Proven track record of successful performance in similar roles.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation abilities.
• Excellent external stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools for field engagement.
• Experience using AI‑enabled platforms to support daily activities.
