Business Analysis Consultant

About the role

The Business Analysis Consultant will identify business needs, analyse processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and drive organisational success. You will work closely with stakeholders, gather requirements and provide strategic insights while managing junior analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges, objectives and requirements.
• Analyse existing processes, workflows and systems to pinpoint improvement areas.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents, functional specifications and use cases.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose process re‑engineering solutions.
• Lead workshops, support change‑management initiatives and communicate insights to non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in business analysis or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience in RPA projects or roles.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of BABOK, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio and BI platforms.
• Business process modelling (e.g., BPMN) and requirement‑gathering techniques.
