Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant will join the F&B team at Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah, delivering true hospitality for guests in a vibrant resort setting. You will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences through attentive service and a professional attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Set up tables, service areas and buffet stations according to hotel standards.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverages and current promotions.
• Present and serve food and beverages to required standards.
• Clear and reset tables promptly while keeping the dining area clean and organized.
• Respond professionally to guest requests, questions and feedback.
• Uphold personal hygiene, grooming, cleanliness and food‑safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Support fellow colleagues and other F&B outlets during busy periods.

Required profile

• Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, friendly and guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork.
