Project Engineering Manager

About the role

Worley is seeking a senior Project Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on EPCM contracts within the oil & gas sector. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality engineering deliverables from FEED through commissioning and start‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee development of engineering deliverables for EPCM projects and ensure they meet quality, schedule and budget targets.
• Design innovative technical approaches to complex engineering challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering technical excellence, collaboration and professional development.
• Coordinate engineering activities with procurement, construction, commissioning, operations and other stakeholders.
• Implement engineering change management, technical reviews and risk mitigation processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of oil & gas design and engineering experience, including FEED, detailed design, execution, commissioning and start‑up.
• 5‑10 years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading multidisciplinary teams in brownfield projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and professional engineering registration.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to HSSE leadership and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
